Career opportunities
As a graduate you can start as a management trainee in one of our six disciplines: Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resource Management and Research & Development.

Selection procedure
As we are looking for our future long or medium-term leaders, our selection procedure is aimed at discovering your potential. Therefore we mainly focus on personality, rather than on knowledge and skills.

Candidate profile
We are looking for enterprising graduates who take initiatives and seize opportunities and who are not afraid of a challenge. Management trainees who are goal-oriented and who want to unleash their inventiveness on our business. The question you should ask yourself is: is Unilever the right organisation for me? Preferred education
Our selection is based on a personality profile and not on a specific educational background. This means that the only requirement is that you have an academic level of thinking. We therefore welcome your application irrespective of your educational background.
